What are ‘likes’ on Otsukai?
Likes are a feature on Otsukai that let you indicate the Requests, users and offers that pique your interest. Likes show up as a small heart symbol with a little number next to them to show how many likes have been given.
Likes also function as a way for you to save users, Requests or offers that you would like to come back to later. Just go to My Page and Likes and Block List to see a list of all the users, Requests and offers you have liked so far.
How do I like something?
If you want to give something a like, just tap on the heart! If it displays pink, it means you’ve liked it. To unlike something, just tap it again and it will display gray.
You can find the like button underneath, Requests and offers. You can like users by clicking on the heart in the top right of their user profile page.

What kind of ‘likes’ are there?
On Otsukai you can like the following
Friends
Give a like to a Japanese user (‘Friend’) if you think you want to order from them! Maybe you’ve ordered from them before or you just like the look of their offers.
Fellow users
Give a like to a fellow user outside Japan if you enjoy checking out their Requests.
Offers
You can like offers made to anybody! Maybe you want to Request something similar but want to do it later. Or maybe you just think it’s really cool. Feel free to give it a little heart.
Requests
If you think a Request is cool and maybe you might even want to Request something similar, feel free to give it a like so you can come back to it later.
How do I check what I’ve liked?
You can see lists of all users, Requests and offers you have liked so far by going to My Page and Likes and Block List.
Likes will be split into ‘Users’ ‘Requests’ and ‘Offers’.
The users tab will display both Friends and fellow users located outside Japan.
Can I block other users?
If you would prefer not to receive offers or comments from certain users, you are able to block them.
Go to the user page of the user you would like to block and select 'Block this user'.
A pop-up will ask you to confirm your decision.
Please understand that even if you block a user, any offers they made to you prior to you blocking them will not be removed.
How do I unblock users?
Go to the user page of the user you would like to block and tap on the 'Blocked' button.
A pop-up will ask you to confirm your decision.
How do I check which users I've blocked?
You can check which users you have blocked by going to My Page and Likes and Block List.
I cannot block a user
You cannot block users if you are in the middle of an Errand with them. Please wait until the Errand is complete then try again.
